Our Team

Engineering expertise and manufacturing discipline behind every product we deliver.

Our Team Overview

Bee & Berry’s operations are supported by engineers, production technicians, quality inspectors, and technical support staff who bring experience from Pakistan’s telecommunications infrastructure sector. Our team includes personnel who have worked on fiber optic network deployments, equipment manufacturing, and project implementation across government, defense, and commercial projects since 2011.

Product quality and delivery reliability depend on coordination between design, production, inspection, and customer support functions. Each team member understands their role in maintaining the standards required for optical fiber infrastructure components used in critical telecommunications networks. We approach manufacturing with the discipline and accountability that our customers expect from a trusted supplier.

Engineering & Design

Our engineering team handles product design, material specification, and manufacturing process development. They work with customers to understand installation requirements and environmental conditions, then specify appropriate enclosure configurations and component selections. Engineers maintain technical documentation, update product designs based on field feedback, and ensure our manufacturing processes produce components that meet dimensional and performance requirements consistently.

Manufacturing & Quality

Production staff operate molding equipment, assemble enclosures, and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Quality inspectors conduct material verification, dimensional measurements, sealing tests, and mechanical stress validation on finished products. The manufacturing team follows documented procedures for each product line and maintains records required for batch traceability and compliance verification. Their work ensures every splice enclosure leaving our facility meets specified standards.

Sales & Technical Support

Our sales and support team handles customer inquiries, provides product specifications, prepares quotations, and coordinates order fulfillment. They work closely with engineering to address technical questions about product selection and application suitability. This team manages customer communication throughout the order process, arranges delivery schedules, processes warranty claims, and provides post-delivery technical assistance when installation teams require guidance or troubleshooting support.

Leadership & Experience

Bee & Berry’s management team includes professionals with backgrounds in telecommunications equipment manufacturing, network infrastructure deployment, and quality management systems. Leadership decisions prioritize manufacturing consistency, supply reliability, and customer accountability over short-term considerations.

Our operational approach emphasizes documented processes, regular quality audits, and continuous feedback from field installations. Management maintains direct involvement in major customer projects, custom manufacturing requests, and quality issue resolution to ensure decisions reflect practical understanding of customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
